Kar\u00e1csonykor, amikor vend\u00e9geket v\u00e1rok \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban liba vagy kacsas\u00fclt k\u00e9sz\u00fcl, melynek has\u00fcreg\u00e9ben n\u00e9h\u00e1ny magh\u00e1z\u00e1t\u00f3l megszabad\u00edtott alm\u00e1t szoktam tenni. A s\u00fct\u00e9s k\u00f6zben az alma \u00edze \u00e9s zaftja kellemesen \u00e1titatja a h\u00fast, amit\u0151l nagyon \u00e9rdekes, finom \u00edze lesz. A megs\u00fclt alma viszont a h\u00fas kellemes \u00edz\u00e9t veszi \u00e1t. Na az is nagyon j\u00f3!!<\/span><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Ez\u00fattal a kacsa combj\u00e1b\u00f3l \u00e9s mell\u00e9b\u0151l k\u00e9sz\u00fclt pecsenye.<\/span><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Hozz\u00e1val\u00f3k: <i>4 db kacsacomb, 1 kacsamell, 2-3 piros alma, \u00e9s az al\u00e1bbi f\u0171szerek kever\u00e9ke: tengeri s\u00f3, paprika, curry, petrezselyem, bors, zs\u00e1lya, kakukkf\u0171, oreg\u00e1n\u00f3, rozmaring, szerecsendi\u00f3 vir\u00e1ga)<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">A kacsa combokat \u00e9s mellet alaposan megmosom, megsz\u00e1r\u00edtom. Ezut\u00e1n beirdalom \u00e9s a f\u0171szerekkel j\u00f3l bed\u00f6rzs\u00f6l\u00f6m. Egy kicsit \u00e9rdemes ilyenkor \u00e1llni hagyni. A r\u00f3mai t\u00e1lba - amit el\u0151z\u0151 este m\u00e1r be\u00e1ztattam - belehelyezem a h\u00fasokat \u00e9s az alm\u00e1kat. Kev\u00e9s vizet adok hozz\u00e1. El\u0151meleg\u00edtett s\u00fct\u0151ben el\u0151sz\u00f6r nagy h\u0151fokon elkezdem s\u00fctni, majd k\u00f6zepesen folytatva nagyj\u00e1b\u00f3l 1-1,5 \u00f3r\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl s\u00fct\u00f6m. A v\u00e9ge el\u0151tt leveszem a r\u00f3mai t\u00e1l tetej\u00e9t \u00e9s hagyom megpirulni.
