(fontos, hogy a kefir<\/i><span><i>  \u00e9s a tejf\u00f6l azonos mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 legyen)<\/i>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span>Ezt egy nagy t\u00e1lban j\u00f3l  \u00f6sszekeverni. Majd a t\u00e1lra h\u00fazzunk \u00e9jszak\u00e1ra zacsit \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szet tegy\u00fck  hidegre. :-) S\u00fct\u00e9s el\u0151tt az olajat j\u00f3l forr\u00f3s\u00edtsuk fel, majd olajos  k\u00e9zzel kisebb vagy nagyobb darabokat form\u00e1zzunk a t\u00e9szt\u00e1b\u00f3l. Az els\u0151  darab els\u0151 oldal\u00e1t mindig lefedve s\u00fct\u00f6m, ne k\u00e9rdezz\u00e9tek mi\u00e9rt,  egyszer\u0171en hagyom\u00e1ny... R\u00f6vid ideig s\u00fct\u00f6m, majd megforgatom. A t\u00f6bbi  darabbal is \u00edgy j\u00e1rjunk el, de itt m\u00e1r nem kell lefedni az olajat.
